Corporate conventions and kick-offs, conferences and congresses, product launches, gala dinners and award ceremonies, trade shows and stands, institutional and public events. We work in hotels, congress centres, historic buildings, outdoor venues and factories.
If the event is at Spazio Chiave, our venue in the Ripamonti area, audio and lighting are already installed and the quote is lighter.
Site visit, design, rehearsals, event
We come to see the room, take measurements and check power and access. We prepare a technical design with floor plan and equipment, and an itemised quote. The day before we set up and rehearse with the speakers; during the event the technicians stay in the room.

How much does audio and lighting for a conference cost?
It depends on the room, the number of guests and speakers, the hours of the event and the video content. With the date, venue and a draft programme we prepare an itemised quote within 24 hours of the site visit.
How far in advance should we book?
Two weeks are enough for standard events; for conventions with large-format LED walls or complex venues we recommend a month, so the site visit can be done properly.
Do you provide technicians or just the equipment?
Always with technicians: we don’t do dry hire. Sound, video and lighting technicians stay in the room for the whole event.
Do you also work outside Milan?
Yes: Lombardy and jobs across Italy, with travel costs shown in the quote.
