When the event has to keep communicating
Conventions and kick-offs, conferences and presentations, gala dinners and award ceremonies, openings, press and institutional events. If the client wants to tell the story of the event afterwards, production has to be planned beforehand.

Before the event we agree on what is needed afterwards: aftermovie, interviews, press photos. The crew works to the control room’s running order and takes the audio feed from the mixer, so editing is clean and fast.

How quickly do you deliver the videos?
Full recording and photos within 5 working days; aftermovie and social clips within 7–10 days, or sooner if agreed.
Can we have a clip on the same day?
Yes, with an editor on site we prepare a short clip to publish at the end of the day.
Who owns the rights to the footage?
The client receives the files with usage rights for their own communication. Participant releases remain the organiser’s responsibility.
Can you film even without your audio service?
Yes, but coordinating with the sound engineer in the room greatly improves the quality of the recorded audio.
